As founder and President of Managance Consulting & Coaching since 2000, I have invigorated the management and performance of nearly 100 nonprofit organizations and hundreds of staff and volunteers leaders with transforming strategic planning, and leadership development. I am a co-author of a groundbreaking book, The Nonprofit Organizational Culture Guide: Revealing the Hidden Truths that Impact Performance (Jossey-Bass, 2011). I earned an M.S. in Human Services and a PhD in Public Administration.
