About me
I bring a solid background of implementing coaching in multinational organizations, namely Mondelez International (previously Kraft Foods) and Abbott Laboratories. I have lived and worked in 7 countries and have partnered with senior leaders across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa geographies including Directors, General Managers, Division Vice Presidents etc., enabling them to deliver business results in my capacity as their Talent and Organization Development lead. In February 2017 I received the CHRO Asia Top 100 Global Coaching Leaders Award.
I believe everyone has untapped resources within themselves to reach their highest potential and to achieve their greatest goals. Now, as a Social Entrepreneur and the founder of a socially conscious coaching company, I am pursuing my mission to make these resources accessible to humanity through coaching.
